Our company will be producing audio for VP (Video Presentation) in July. We will be holding auditions for English narrators for this purpose. We are looking forward to receiving applications and proposals from those who can participate under the following conditions. The deadline is Wednesday, June 21st.
[Recruitment Details]
Recruitment: 1 English Narrator (Native speaker or not does not matter)
Content: Narration for VP (Approximately 100 Words – 40 to 60 seconds) 1 piece
→ It will be a VP for a sports brand.
→ The scope of use of the audio is planned to be contracted for 1 year on the Web.
→ It will also be screened in stores in Tokyo for about a month.
Recording: The recording will be conducted at our company (Gaienmae) or an external studio (Hirakawacho). We will conduct about 1 hour of recording in July.
※ The recording time will vary depending on the skill and amount of correction.
※ Please let us know in advance if you can record on weekends.
Desired: Stable voicing / Correct English pronunciation and intonation
Appearance fee: Please give us an estimate.
※ “I’ll do it for any amount” and “0 yen estimate” are prohibited.
※ The contract will be without buyout/exclusivity.

1. Voice Sample (Japanese + English or English only) Up to 60 seconds
※ Please send in a common audio file format such as wav/mp3.
※ It does not have to be a studio recording.
2. Profile
※ PDF format or Word format (docx) / Within 1 sheet of A4 ※ No need for photos, etc.
3. Estimate
※ Please fill in the estimate under the above conditions in the body of the email.
※ We do not pay for any expenses not included in the estimate, such as transportation costs.
※ We will calculate the consumption tax (corporate/individual) and withholding income tax and reconstruction special income tax (in the case of individuals).
※ Please note that we will not review applications without a specific amount of money.

→音声の利用範囲はWebで1年間契約を予定します。
→また東京都内の店舗内で1ヶ月程度上映も行います。
収 録：収録は弊社（外苑前）ないし外部スタジオ（平河町）にて実施いたします。
7月に、1時間程度の収録を行います。
※技量や修正の量に応じて収録時間は変化します
※土日の収録対応が可能な場合は予めお知らせください。
